Craig hails from the Hill Country of central Texas where he played and explored as a child – getting into all kinds of adventures, both real and imagined. After discovering a passion for wilderness survival skills and tracking, he attended classes at the Tracker School and Boulder Outdoor Survival School. He spent three years as a wilderness/river guide in the Big Bend region of West Texas and developed a love of the Southwest.
In 2013, he moved to the Pacific Northwest where he attended The Immersion at Wilderness Awareness School and the next year as an apprentice in Nature Instructor Training. He loves good music, good stories, and good friends. He still gets into adventures – both real and imagined.
